The ancient rite of "Zharapazan", another name for it "Zharamazan" – chants in the holy month of Ramadan could be seen on the streets of Talgar. Musical blessings of students and young teachers of the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management sounded on the street and in trading houses, where residents heard wishes of kindness, happiness, peace and prosperity.
