"Reading College"
As part of the Reading College project, Sadvakasova S. A., a teacher of special disciplines at the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management, held an essay contest on the topic "The Book that changed my Life" with students from group 1 of the A-class, which was dedicated to the work of the classic of children's literature Berdibek Sokpakbaev "My name is Kozha". The purpose of the competition is to attract students to read fiction, develop the ability to analyze the books they read, and express their opinions competently. Can a book change our lives? The answer to this question was found out by the 1st year students. In their essays, the students discussed how the book they read has an impact on shaping a person's life position. According to Dinara Bolarbekovna Bozymbekova, director of the college, "reading is an integral part of education, which will help to form an active civic position of a future competitive specialist, develop their critical and logical thinking skills."
