"Modern technologies in the food industry"
As part of the ten days of the Department of Agrotechnological Disciplines, on February 28, 2025, the teacher of special disciplines, A. K. Zhanserkeeva, majored in Food Production Technology, held an open lesson on "Modern technologies in the food industry" in the 2TE9/A group. During the lesson, students got acquainted with new food production technologies, got acquainted with what raw materials are needed, what technologies are used, with methods of food quality control, and understood the importance of control in production. The open lesson was held at a high level.
