"Legal literacy is the key to a safe society"
On January 16, 2026, a legal meeting on the topic "Legal literacy is the key to a safe society" was organized for college students in the College's House of Culture as part of the Law and Order project. The purpose of the event was to increase the level of legal literacy of students, to explain the importance of compliance with legislation, as well as the formation of theoretical and practical knowledge among young people necessary to build a safe and legal society. The meeting was attended by the district inspector for juvenile affairs of the department of the local police service of the Talgar district Police Department, senior police lieutenant Sharakhunov Sh. Sh., as well as the psychologist of the college Ybraim A. During the event, a meaningful conversation was held on topical legal issues. A warm-up session was organized by the college psychologist to create a favorable and active atmosphere among the participants. During the meeting, students were provided with information about the legal norms and duties of citizens, a question–and-answer quiz was held, and explanations aimed at improving the legal culture and legal awareness of young people were given.
