The content of the work:

Produce manual, arc, plasma, gas, automatic and semi-automatic welding of simple parts made of steel, metals and alloys, as well as medium-complexity parts of assemblies, pipelines.

Must know:

The device of electric welding and plasma cutting machines, gas welding machines, semi-automatic machines, as well as a plasma torch;
Properties and significance of electrode coatings;
Structure of the weld;
Designation of welds in drawings;
The main types of weld inspection;
Causes of current problems in the production of works;
Rules of technical operation of equipment and their care;
