21 февраля 2025 года психолог Талгарского колледжа агробизнеса и менеджмента Назима Муратовна Калибасова провела психологический тренинг для молодых специалистов на тему “Профилактика эмоционального выгорания педагогов”. Целью данного тренинга является создание условий для сохранения и укрепления психологического здоровья молодых специалистов, развитие навыков регуляции психоэмоционального состояния и профилактика эмоционального выгорания в процессе преподавания. Также были проведены тренинговые упражнения по управлению своим психоэмоциональным состоянием, снятию тревоги, напряжения и страхов.

В рамках реализации проекта "Читающий колледж" преподаватель спецдисциплин Талгарского колледжа агробизнеса и менеджмента Алпысбаева А.С. провела литературную игру "Умники и умницы" с обучающимися группы 2 Прог "Б" и 2 Прог "В". В игре, которая состояла из 4 этапов, участвовали команды "Знатоки" и "Эрудиты". Победу одержала команда "Знатоки" набравшая наибольшее количество баллов. 

The theologian of the Talgar district of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Almaty region, Abdi Adilet, Master of Religious Studies Konisbekuly Miras, specialist of the Talgar district Youth Center, Maria Sermakhankyzy, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Indira Malikovna Tukusbayeva conducted information and explanatory work among students of the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management on the topic "The danger of the ideology of religious extremism and the principles of secularism." During the meeting with the participants of the event, issues related to the influence of radical religious ideas on public consciousness were discussed. The main focus was on explaining the principles of secularism enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as explaining the role and importance of maintaining religious tolerance, respect for the diversity of worldviews and ideologies. Experts emphasized that observing the foundations of a secular state is a guarantee of the security and stability of society.

On March 5, 2025, the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management hosted the Mamandygym - mattanyshym college competition in the competence "Repair and maintenance of passenger cars" within the framework of WorldSkills Talgar-2025 among students as part of the Year of Working Professions 2025. According to the results of the competition, awards were given to: 1st place - Askarbek Beknur, 2nd place — Zhaqypbayev Daniyar Orkenuly, 3rd place - Ganiuli Kasymkhan, Noyan Asyl Kanatuly was awarded the nomination "Best Specialist", Beksultan Bekmyrza Kayratuly — "Professional master", Danil Panov - "Best service specialist".
