On November 13, at the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management, specialists of the ICZ, the Federal Health Service of the Talgar CRH, M.M. Ryspaeva, a narcologist, as well as juvenile police officers and representatives of the Talgar branch of the Amanat party held a training seminar for 1st-year students on the topic "Prevention of drug use and other surfactants among young people. Increasing responsibility for their health", the purpose of which was to find out the level of awareness of students on the problem of drug addiction, to give reliable information about the causes and consequences of the use of surfactants, to teach them to take care of themselves and ensure personal safety, to be aware of personal responsibility for their lives; to teach students to say "NO" to drugs. Video presentations were shown, the guys received answers to their questions.

On November 13, the opening of the decade of the department "Software" and "Accounting and Audit" on the topic "Accountant and programmer – professions of the future" was held in the lobby of the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management.  The festive event gave a special mood to the students and teachers of the college. The Department of Education of the Almaty region, the regional methodological center and the Kaskelen College of Culture in order to promote the works of the best Kazakh and foreign writers, increase the love of literature, identify and encourage the best reader, on November 9, the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan held an action "read the book" among teachers and librarians of the field of technical and vocational education of the Almaty region. From inspiration." Participants of the Parasatty Reader project, 37 teachers presented materials in the form of essays, videos, trailers, photos, advertisements on the topic "the work that changed my life" based on 30 books presented by stages of intellectual and creative mastery.  The winners were awarded diplomas of I, II, III degrees, participants who did not pass the II stage, certificates for participation, and the works recognized as the best were awarded with special nominations, books were donated by the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
