    In modern conditions of globalization and industrialization, improving the issues of training personnel for all sectors of the economy is one of the most urgent tasks in the country's policy.With the rapid development of the economy, the demand for owners of technical and professional specialists is growing day by day.  It is necessary to develop effective cooperation with employers in improving the quality of Personnel Training. On November 14, our college celebrated the "employer's day".  "Yuzhny" LLP," Baiserke - Agro " LLP," Halyk Bank "JSC state enterprise" veterinary station of Talgar district", " R.S.T. Specialists of" construction"LLP," talgar District power grid "LLP," first HEARTLAND JUSAN BANK", employment center took part, got acquainted with the educational process and material and technical base, and met with graduate groups. During the meeting, students exchanged views and received the necessary information. A 2-way memorandum was signed between the enterprises and the college. On November 15, at the Talgar College of agribusiness and management, the Department of Education together with the akimat of Almaty region held a regional round table on the topic "employer's day" with the involvement of social partners and the Chamber of entrepreneurs of our college in accordance with the concept of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

   

 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ROUND TABLE ON THE TOPIC "EMPLOYER'S DAY" 

 

         On November 15, 2022, a round table" employer's day "was held on the basis of the" Talgar College of agribusiness and management".

The event was attended by the Regional Department of education, the Department of coordination of employment and social programs, representatives of the Chamber of entrepreneurs "Atameken", heads of colleges and social partners.

"The representative of the Chamber of entrepreneurs ""Atameken "" Talgar district Azimbayev Bagdat Bazykenovich " – on the topic" the driving force of training a competent specialist", Director of confectionery production of Becker Limited Liability Company Kalieva Nasima Makhmutovna on the topic" interaction of employers to update the content of the technical and vocational education program", engineer-technologist of Lake farm Limited Liability Partnership Syrganbay Akbota Kalmakbaevna, on the topic "the next stage of coordinated work between the College and the enterprise, "Director of" "Educational Scientific and production center ""baiserke-Agro ""Limited Liability Company Aliyev Murat Ashirkhanovich shared his experience on the topic" "opportunities for professional practice of future specialists "" and suggested ways to solve existing obstacles on topical issues."

Within the framework of the event, talgar College of agribusiness and management signed a memorandum on the development of social partnership with enterprises Talgar veterinary station, Kaskelen vocational and Technical College named after S. Zhandosov "AI-ELECTROLIN" and Almaty economic college "COOKSKZ". 

Summing up the results of the round table, he presented a resolution adopted specifically to monitor the effective continuation of work with enterprises.

On this day, 43 organizations of technical and vocational education organized such round tables, which were attended by 136 employers and 8200 students.

Colleges invited high school students and organized an introductory excursion (classrooms, workshops, laboratories)

Colleges signed 3 memoranda with enterprises. In addition, 20 contracts were signed, excursions to 16 enterprise bases were held, 31 meetings, 13 Round Tables, 2 job fairs and 18 events in various directions were organized.

41 entrepreneurs of Almaty region were awarded letters of thanks from the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The events were widely promoted through the media and social networks.

 

    

 

KVN contest (club of the cheerful and resourceful).

 

In order to implement the state youth policy and the effective use of youth leisure in the region and within the framework of labor, economic and environmental education, the head of the Youth Affairs Committee Bekbauov Zh. S. organized a contest of cheerful and resourceful "Zhaydarman" among college students. 7 teams took part in the competition, of which the Ceiling team won the main prize.

 

 

 

In 1982-1983, graduates of the specialty "agronomy" came to the college after 40 years to meet, get acquainted with their inner life and become one. The current students and teachers talked and gave their blessings. 

These college graduates went back 40 years and recalled many of their stories.
